Fantastic location with close proximity to the beach. Private parking slot for each apartment. Beautiful and expansive green area with multiple outdoor pools. Convenient kitchen and fridge in the apartment. Small but nice balcony for enjoying the outdoors. Minimarket right outside the residence for quick and easy shopping. Clean room with comfortable bedsheets. Useful welcome tote bag with cleaning supplies and information. Small diner/bar on-site for convenience. Dog-friendly environment with nearby doggy beach. Environmental consciousness with garbage categorization. Well-managed apartment complex with swimming pool. Useful bag of information and cleaning supplies upon arrival. Pretty surrounding area with views of the lake. Comfortable and spacious beds. English channels on the TV. Convenient amenities nearby such as pizzeria and shop. We had a great experience staying at Italsol Residence Riai. the location was perfect, close to the beach and offering beautiful views of the lake. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a real bonus for our children. We also appreciated the information provided in the welcome bag, which included details about local events and tourist attractions. we had a very satisfying stay. Cons: Cannot find any faults. 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely residence in Moniga. The apartments were well-managed and set up around a beautiful swimming pool, making it safe and enjoyable for our children. The surrounding area offered stunning views of the lake, and we loved having breakfast on our balcony every morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the TV had a great selection of English channels. We also appreciated the helpful bag of information and kitchen cleaning supplies provided upon arrival. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we even used them to book boat tickets for a fun day exploring the nearby villages.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The outdoor pools were enjoyable during the warm weather. The location is close to a convenience store and good restaurants. The private parking was an added bonus.
The apartments were very basic and outdated. The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decoration throughout the hotel. The vintage furnishings and cozy atmosphere reminded me of a simpler time, which I found quite delightful. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm, inviting feel. As a senior, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The lack of stairs and spacious hallways made it easy for me to navigate without any trouble.
I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there. As a senior traveler, it would have been helpful to have some additional support in terms of carrying my luggage or providing guidance on local attractions.

the communal areas, such as the pools and tennis courts, were well-maintained and easily accessible. We also appreciated the environmentally conscious efforts, such as encouraging guests to categorize their garbage and take it to the dumpsters.
we were disappointed to find out that there were no towels, toiletries, or toilet paper provided.
